- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsuitable.
Service Standards
We take pride in delivering a high standard of cleaning on every visit. If you have any concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so we can discuss the best way to resolve the matter.
Liability
Cleaner Exeter will make every effort to perform services with due care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for:
- Any pre-existing damage to items or property.
- Wear and tear or gradual deterioration of surfaces.
- Damage caused by defects in the property.
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.
Insurance
Cleaner Exeter maintains public liability insurance. However, we recommend that clients ensure their household insurance covers domestic cleaning services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
